When a website visitor uses the chat they are offered initial option via buttons. If they click on the 'New Resident Enquiry' or 'Pricing Enquiry' buttons our automated chatbot starts a chat with them immediately.

It takes their contact details and details of what they need and then pages your team (via text message and email) in the care home to take over the chat. You can then answer their specific questions and invite them to take the next step by arranging a visit to the home. 

If you can't take over the chat, our automated chatbot will let the website visitor know you're not available, wrap up the chat and let the visitor know you'll be in contact asap to follow up.
